Deborah Yagmin, Ed.D., Principal Ute Pass Elementary.
Dr. Yagmin graduated from Lindenwood College in St. Charles, Missouri with a music education degree. After five years in the Air Force, she attended Whitworth College in Spokane, Washington earning a Master's in Education degree and later her doctorate in educational leadership and curriculum from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. Deb was the Colorado Association of School Executives (CASE) representative to the Colorado Department of Education's No Child Left Behind communications committee in 2003.
