Important

If you are a choice student and your application has not been accepted, please submit your choice application before proceeding. Choice students must be accepted into the specific school to which they applied before beginning the online registration and for the enrollment to be completed.


ImportantYou must complete all steps of the enrollment process to be fully enrolled. Completing the Online Form does not mean you are registered. You must follow-up with the appropriate school registrar and provide proper documentation.

 

  1. Complete the New Student Online Registration Form.
    Completing the Online Form does not mean you are registered. You must follow-up with the appropriate school registrar and provide proper documentation.

  2. Once the New Student Online Registration Form is completed, bring the following documentation to the appropriate school:
    • Documentation of Child’s Birth date
      Please bring one of the following:
      • Registered County Birth Certificate
      • Valid Passport
      • Kindergarten students must be 5 years old on or before September 1st of the year of enrollment.
      • 1st grade students must be 6 years old on or before September 1st of the year of enrollment.
    • Proof of Residency
      Please bring one of the following:
      • Warranty deed, Deed of Trust, or Bill of Sale on your home showing a closing date within the past 60 days.
      • Purchase contract with possession date or closing date not more than 60 days out.
      • Current signed lease or rental agreement not expiring within 60 days.
      • Current utility, phone (not cell) or water bill.
    • Proof of Guardianship — if applicable
      • If the student does not reside with parents, Custody Documentation or Power of Attorney showing the legal guardian will need to be provided.
    • Immunization Records
      • Required by state law.
      • Official Immunization Record from your child’s physician or clinic is required.
      • If immunizations are against personal beliefs, religious beliefs, or medical reasons, you must sign the statement of exemption form.

    • Previous School Information — if applicable
      • Name, address, phone & fax number of previous school.
      • Copies of Special Education, IEP, 504, ELL or Gifted & Talented plans, if applicable.

Completing the Online Form does not mean you are registered. You must follow-up with the appropriate school registrar and provide proper documentation.

The online registration process takes approximately 20 minutes per student to complete. If you have multiple students in the same school or other district schools, you can “snap” basic information to the next student.

For technical assistance completing the online registration, please use the help button in the
top right of each page in the portal. For assistance with how to answer questions in the portal, please contact the appropriate school registrar.

Online registration may be completed from any computer with internet access. Each school has a computer available for registration if you need assistance.
